Hertener Loewen was not able to use a home court advantage and was defeated by the opponent from Stahnsdorf 75-65 on Saturday night. The best player for the winners was American center Kenneth Cooper (208-87, college: UAB) who had a double-double by scoring 26 points and 13 rebounds. Joey Ney (198-92) chipped in 26 points and 7 rebounds. Cooper is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market.
