Regular Season Round 1: Giessen 46ers - Ludwigsburg 65-78

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Giessen 46ers (0-1) at the home court on Sunday night. Hosts were defeated by EnBW Ludwigsburg (1-0) 78-65. The game was mostly controlled by EnBW Ludwigsburg. Giessen 46ers managed to win third quarter 23-17. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. EnBW Ludwigsburg is looking forward to face Walter Tigers in Tuebingen in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Giessen 46ers will play on the road against s Oliver Baskets in Wuerzburg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
