Gediz used a home court advantage and beat the opponent from Sakaraya 79-73 on Friday night. The hosts trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 79-73. Sakarya BSB was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch.
