Regular Season Round 4: Telekom Bsk - Bremerhaven 70-65

Date: October 18, 2015
Very predictable result in Bonn where fifth ranked Telekom Baskets (3-1) defeated 11th ranked Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (1-3) 70-65 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. The hosts trailed by 7 points at the halftime before their 40-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American Aaron White (206-92, college: Iowa) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 5 rebounds and the other American import point guard Rotnei Clarke (183-89, college: Butler) who added 15 points during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Kyle Fogg (190-90, college: Arizona) responded with a double-double by scoring 19 points and 12 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws) and power forward Jannik Freese (211-86, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Eisbaeren Bremerhaven players scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Telekom Baskets have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to third place, which they share with 3 other teams. Loser Eisbaeren Bremerhaven dropped to the twelfth position with three games lost. Telekom Baskets will face ratiopharm Ulm (#11) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Eisbaeren Bremerhaven will play against Braunschweig and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
