The game in Zemun was also quite interesting. Third ranked Borac (14-4) played at the court of 5th ranked Mladost ZE (9-9). Borac managed to secure a 5-point victory 94-89 on Sunday. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 25-18. But Mladost ZE won second period 22-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Borac had a 37-25 advantage in offensive rebounds. Swingman Aleksa Avramovic (192-94, agency: Beo Basket) had a double-double by scoring 47 points (!!!), 12 rebounds and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and center Bojan Stanojevic (203-88) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) during the contest. Four Borac players scored in double figures. Borac's coach used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. The best for the losing side was forward Stefan Balmazovic (202-89) with 32 points and guard Ognjen Kuzeta (193-87) scored 12 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists. Borac have an impressive seven-game winning streak. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Konstantin. Newly promoted Mladost ZE keeps the fifth position with nine games lost. They share it with Tamis. Borac will meet at home Tamis (#6) in the next round. Mladost ZE will play against Konstantin in Nis and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
