2MLS Round 30 (Regular Season): Kolubara and Nis earn promotion-Apr 20, 2026
The Regular Season in 2MLS just ended. Coincidentally all hosts won their games. Here is the last round review presented by Job Market.

An interesting game for Pirot (24-6) which hosted in Pirot one of their biggest challengers Konstantin (23-7). Third ranked Pirot managed to get a 10-point victory 101-91. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Konstantin. It was a good game for point guard Nikola Djonlic (184-1993) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 35 points (!!!), 6 rebounds and 10 assists. Swingman Dimitrije Djordjevic (192-2000) contributed with 17 points and 4 assists for the winners. Andrija Bojic (208-1993) replied with 26 points and 8 rebounds for Konstantin. Pirot have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 24-6 record having four points less than leader Kolubara. Konstantin at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost.
2MLS top team - Kolubara (28-2) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Ivanjica (17-13) in Lazarevac 86-74. Aleksandar Topalovic (201-2003) scored 30 points and 6 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Mihailo Todorovic chipped in 16 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. Kolubara's coach Vladimir Maric allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. The best for the losing side was point guard Jovan Marjanovic (192-2003) with 19 points. Kolubara have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 28-2 record. Ivanjica at the other side keeps the sixth place with 13 games lost.
Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Jagodina (14-16) and Dunav (8-22), which took place in Stari Banovci. Higher ranked Jagodina lost to fourteenth ranked Dunav in a road game 90-94 on Saturday. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Jagodina. Aleksa Carapa notched 19 points, 6 rebounds and 9 assists to lead the effort. Even a double-double of 19 points and 18 rebounds by Aleksa Markovic did not help to save the game for Jagodina. Jagodina's coach Nikola Andjelic rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Dunav moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Klik. Loser Jagodina dropped to the eighth position with 16 games lost. They share it with Zdravlje.

There were no big surprises in other games of round 30: Loznica was smashed by Klik on the road 91-69. IBC won against Beko on its own court 85-77. Bottom-ranked Sloven unfortunately lost to Mladost in Smederevska Palanka 90-97. Nis rolled over Proleter at home 102-75. Novi Pazar was defeated by Zdravlje on the opponent's court 106-94.
The most impressive performance of 30th round was 19 points, 11 rebounds, 14 assists and 6 steals by Dragomir Jovic of Zdravlje.

Worth to mention about the upset in a game between Jagodina (14-16) and Dunav (8-22), which took place in Stari Banovci. Four Klik A. players scored in double figures. Klik A.'s coach Dragan Mitrovic felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. There was an upset when higher ranked Beko (19-11) lost to tenth ranked IBC (13-17) in Belgrade 77-85 on Sunday. IBC made 20-of-22 free shots (90.9 percent) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists. Forward Vukasin Arsovic (198-2003) notched 20 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the effort and Vukota Velickovic (-2002) supported him with 18 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 18 points, 14 rebounds and 6 assists by Milos Sojic (207-2006, agency: Octagon Europe) did not help to save the game for Beko. Andrija Bojic, 32-year old power forward from the KK Konstantin Nis, was honored as the Player of the Year at the Druga Muska Liga Srbije. He received multiple other awards, Defensive Player of the Year, Domestic Player of the Year, Forward of the Year and was named to the First Team. Bojic orchestrated his way to the fourth spot in rebounds per game, showcasing a dazzling average of almost 9. He was the Player of the Week honoree 6 times during the 25 26 campaign. Bojic led the 2MLS in points per game with almost 27. He has totalled 17 games of 20 or more points on the year and recorded 30 or more points in 7 games. Bojic registered double-doubles in 7 games at the event. His 35 points against the IBC Beograd were the most he scored in the 25 26 season.

Mihailo Todorovic, Serbian center from the KK Kolubara Lazarevac 2003, was named the Center of the Year at the Druga Muska Liga Srbije. He was also selected to the First Team. With Todorovic's excellent performance, the KK Kolubara Lazarevac 2003 achieved the best record of the season in the league, finishing with an impressive 28 to 2 in the regular season.
