A very close game took place in Leverkusen between Bayer Giants and MLP Academics Heidelberg. Fifteenth ranked Bayer Giants (4-18) got a very close home victory over higher ranked MLP Academics Heidelberg (11-10). Bayer Giants managed to escape with a 2-point win 63-61 on Sunday evening.
