The game with biggest result difference took place in Graz. Local UBSC Graz (9-20) was outscored by ninth ranked Gmunden Swans (12-17) 93-74. It looked good early as UBSC Graz took a 7-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Gmunden Swans had a 28-11 second period charge getting the lead and UBSC Graz was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 74-93. They outrebounded UBSC Graz 39-23 including a 28-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Gmunden Swans moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Wels. UBSC Graz lost their third game in a row. They stay at the bottom position with 20 games lost. Gmunden Swans' next round opponent will be league's second-placed Redwell Gunners Oberwart at home and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. UBSC Graz will play against Arkadia Lions (#4) in Traiskirchen and hope to win that game.
