Very expected game when 18th ranked Crailsheim Merlins (5-26) lost at home to second ranked Bayern Muenchen (25-6) 89-78 on Friday. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Bayern Muenchen made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. It was an exceptional evening for Serbian Dusko Savanovic (204-83, agency: Beo Basket) who led the winners and scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Naturalized Bosnian forward Nihad Djedovic (197-90, agency: Beo Basket) accounted for 16 points and 4 assists for the winning side.
