Semi-Finals Game 3: Rilski - Lukoil Acad. 68-93

Lukoil cruised past Rilski on the road to sweep the semifinal series. The game was mostly controlled by Lukoil Acad.. Rilski managed to win fourth quarter 16-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Rilski 40-27 including 29 on the defensive glass. Lukoil Acad. looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Rilski's players. The best player for the winners was the former international Filip Videnov (196-80, college: W.Kentucky, agency: Alti Sport) who scored 28 points and 5 rebounds. Montenegrin power forward Filip Barovic (207-90, agency: Octagon Europe) chipped in 6 points and 16 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was American point guard Frank Turner (178-88, college: Canisius, agency: Inception Sports) who recorded 19 points and 4 assists and the other American import power forward Tony Gugino (207-86, college: Hillsdale) added 13 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Four Rilski players scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
