TBL top team - Istanbulspor (4-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat twelfth ranked Acibadem (1-3) 82-68. The game was mostly controlled by Istanbulspor. Acibadem was better in fourth quarter 16-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. American Brandon Brown (201-85, college: CS San Bernar.) fired a double-double by scoring 19 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winners. Power forward Ugur Can Aksoy (207-91) chipped in 16 points and 6 rebounds. Brown is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Bracey Wright (191-84, college: Indiana) produced 24 points and 7 assists and point guard Can Ugur Ogut (178-92) added 11 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Istanbulspor have a solid four-game winning streak. Newly promoted Istanbulspor maintains first position with 4-0 record. Acibadem at the other side dropped to the thirteenth place with three games lost. Istanbulspor's next round opponent will be bottom-ranked Muglaorman (#18) on the road which should be an easy win for them. Acibadem will play against Final Genclik (#17) and hope to win that game.
