The game between Top Four teams took place in Klaipeda. Third ranked host Nafta-Uni. (4-1) defeated 4th placed Silute (3-2) 78-70. It was a key game for the top position in the league. Silute was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Nafta-Uni. forced 25 Silute turnovers. The best player for the winners was forward Viktoras Chodosovskis (200-89) who scored 17 points and 6 rebounds.
