2. Bundesliga top team - BasCats Heidelberg (11-0) had no problems winning another game on Sunday. This time they beat tenth ranked ASC Theresianum Mainz (2-9) 74-56. The game was mostly controlled by BasCats Heidelberg. ASC Theresianum Mainz was better in second period 19-13. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BasCats Heidelberg forced 30 ASC Theresianum Mainz turnovers and had a 29-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for Slovakian forward Martina Letkova (190-92) who led her team to a victory with 19 points and 8 rebounds.
