No shocking result in a game when third ranked Raiffeisen Wels (9-5) crushed at home bottom-ranked UBSC Graz (4-9) 82-56 on Monday. The game without a history. Raiffeisen Wels led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 58 of its points in the paint compared to UBSC Graz's 26. They outrebounded UBSC Graz 44-22 including a 34-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Raiffeisen Wels looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when Raiffeisen Wels made 9 blocks. Montenegrin point guard Milos Krivokapic (185-96) came up with 11 points and American forward Cameron Naylor (201-94, college: Texas St.) added 9 points and 5 rebounds respectively for UBSC Graz in the defeat. The victory was the third consecutive win for Raiffeisen Wels. They maintain third place with 9-5 record having just one point less than leader Oberwart. UBSC Graz lost their third game in a row.
