There was no surprise when 10th ranked Fraport Skyliners II (4-9) lost to sixth ranked FC Bayern II (8-5) in Muenchen 72-77 on Friday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Karim Jallow (199-97) orchestrated the victory by scoring 16 points and 8 rebounds. Guard Georg Beyschlag (182-97) contributed with 15 points and 6 assists for the winners. Center Cosmo Gruehn (202-98) replied with 14 points and 6 rebounds and center Tim Oldenburg (202-92) added 15 points in the effort for Fraport Skyliners II. Five FC Bayern II and four Fraport Skyliners II players scored in double figures. Fraport Skyliners II's coach let to play ten players, but that didn't help to avoid defeat in this game.
