Regular Season Round 23: Svendborg - SISU 68-94

Date: February 11, 2017
Another exciting game was between seventh ranked SISU and 4th placed Svendborg where SISU (9-13) rolled over Svendborg (11-11) on the road with 26-point difference 94-68. The game without a history. SISU led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. American Kyle Dranginis (195-92, college: Gonzaga) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points and 7 rebounds. His fellow American import forward Tanner McGrew (203-93, college: W.Virg.Wesl., agency: Duran International) contributed with 11 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Four SISU players scored in double figures. Nigerien center Amadou Aboubakar Zaki (214-88) answered with 18 points and 9 rebounds and international swingman Alexander Bak (193-91, agency: Dynamics Global Management) added 10 points and 4 assists in the effort for Svendborg. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SISU moved-up to sixth place. Svendborg lost their third game in a row. They keep the fourth position with 11 games lost. SISU will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Svendborg will play at home against the league's second-placed Bakken (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
