Regular Season Round 30: Naestved - Randers 90-86

No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Naestved (13-15) beat at home 7th ranked Randers (10-18) 90-86. The hosts were tied after three quarters but managed to speed up in last quarter eventually winning the game. Randers were plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. American-Nigerian forward Patrick Onwenu (198-93, college: Alcorn St.) scored 29 points and 7 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Guamanian-American guard Earnest Ross (196-91, college: Missouri) chipped in 12 points and 10 rebounds during the contest. Four Naestved players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American-Belizean point guard Charles Burgess (186-84, college: Texas Tech) with a double-double by scoring 24 points and 10 rebounds and the former international swingman Chris Nielsen (193-85) scored 21 points and 4 assists. Randers' coach Morten Hansen tried various players' combinations and tested in total eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. Naestved moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Svendborg. Randers at the other side keep the seventh position with 18 games lost.
