Regular Season Round 22: TED Kolejliler - Darussafaka 57-88

There was no surprise in Ankara where 16th ranked TED Kolejliler (2-20) was crushed by fifth ranked Darussafaka (15-7) 88-57 on Sunday. Darussafaka made 21-of-24 free shots (87.5 percent) during the game. Croatian power forward Ante Zizic (210-97, agency: BeoBasket) fired 18 points and 6 rebounds (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) for the winners. American forward Will Clyburn (201-90, college: Iowa St.) chipped in 17 points. American forward Ian Hummer (201-90, college: Princeton) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds and his fellow American import Ramon Galloway (190-91, college: La Salle) added 19 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Darussafaka moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Banvit BK. Loser TED Kolejliler stay dead last with 20 lost games. Darussafaka will face Usak Sportlif (#12) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. TED Kolejliler will play against Galatasaray (#6) in Istanbul and hope to win that game.
