Very predictable result when eleventh ranked Akhisar Bld (13-18) won against 17th ranked Final Genclik (6-25) in Bursa 77-70 on Friday. Akhisar Bld forced 19 Final Genclik turnovers. American players dominated the game. Quite impressive performance for forward Tyler Smith (200-86, college: Tennessee) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points, 16 rebounds and 4 assists. Point guard Leemire Goldwire (184-85, college: Charlotte, agency: HMS) contributed with 14 points for the winners. Five Akhisar Bld players scored in double figures. Center Damontre Harris (208-91, college: Campbellsville) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Anthony Tucker (193-89, college: MSU Moorhead) added 20 points and 4 assists in the effort for Final Genclik. Both coaches tested many bench players saving starting five for next games. Akhisar Bld maintains eleventh place with 13-18 record. Final Genclik lost their eleventh game in a row.
