A Bundesliga top team - Redwell Gunners Oberwart (24-4) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed eighth ranked UBSC Graz (6-22) 96-58. The game without a history. Redwell Gunners Oberwart led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding UBSC Graz to just 7 points in second quarter. Redwell Gunners Oberwart dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to UBSC Graz's 36 and made 16-of-18 charity shots (88.9 percent) during the game. Redwell Gunners Oberwart forced 22 UBSC Graz turnovers and outrebounded them 47-21 including a 21-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a quality performance for power forward Benjamin Blazevic (204-95) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds. Montenegrin point guard Milos Krivokapic (185-96) came up with 17 points (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and international Anton Maresch (191-91) added 14 points and 6 assists respectively for UBSC Graz in the defeat. The victory was the seventh consecutive win for Redwell Gunners Oberwart. Defending champion maintains first place with 24-4 record. UBSC Graz lost their sixth game in a row.
