Everything went according to plan in Treutchlingen where third ranked Treuchtlingen (18-8) outleveled 6th ranked Jena II (14-12) 84-59 on Saturday. Treuchtlingen had a 31-20 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Tim Eisenberger (197-91) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 24 points, 17 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals and forward Stefan Schmoll (196-89) who added 23 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Coach Stephen Harlander's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 11 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. At the losing side American Vincent Garrett (198-91, college: Green Bay) responded with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds and forward Moritz Morschhaeuser (196-90) scored 10 points and 6 rebounds. Treuchtlingen moved-up to second place in South-East, which they share with Vilsbiburg and Bad Aibling. Newly promoted Jena II keeps the sixth position with 12 games lost. They share it with Schwabing.
