Rather expected game when 17th ranked Final Genclik (6-28) was smashed on the road by fifteenth ranked Duzce Belediye (11-23) 95-67 on Saturday. Duzce Belediye dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Final Genclik's 42. Duzce Belediye forced 19 Final Genclik turnovers and outrebounded them 42-24 including 29 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. American center LaRon Dendy (205-88, college: Middle Tenn.St.) notched 19 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and American-Puerto Rican point guard TreVon Hughes (183-87, college: Wisconsin) supported him with 8 points, 6 rebounds, 11 assists and 4 steals. Duzce Belediye's coach Timucin Meric felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Even a double-double of 23 points and 11 rebounds by American center Damontre Harris (208-91, college: Campbellsville) did not help to save the game for Final Genclik. Omer-Faruk Ermat added 11 points, 7 assists and 5 steals for lost side. Duzce Belediye moved-up to thirteenth place, which they share with Pertevniyal and Gelisim.
