Wels overcame Oberwart to take 2-1 lead in the series. Redwell Gunners Oberwart was trailing by 3 points at halftime but managed to get 3-point lead after three quarters before a 15-6 charge of Raiffeisen Wels, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Redwell Gunners Oberwart to just 6 points in fourth quarter. It was a good game for Czech center Ales Chan (215-80, college: Seton Hill) who led his team to a victory with 21 points and 8 rebounds.
