Regular Season Round 2: Bonn II - Herford 70-76

No shocking result in a game when Herford (2-1) won against on the road Bonn II (0-3) 76-70 on Sunday. American guard Carlbe Ervin-II (190-95, college: Kansas St.) had a double-double by scoring 24 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Canadian-British forward Kris Douse (198-86, college: Point Park) chipped in 20 points and 14 rebounds during the contest. Herford's coach William Massenburg used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to get some rest. American power forward KJ Sherrill (203-91, college: Augusta) responded with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 14 rebounds and Philipp Gruber (193-96) scored 10 points. Herford will face Kamp-Lintfort (#13) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Bonn II will play against Hagen BG and hope to win that game.
