Regular Season Round 2: Rist Wedel - Stahnsdorf 94-63

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of RSV Eintracht (1-1) on the court of SC Rist Wedel. Visitors were rolled over by SC Rist Wedel 94-63. Four SC Rist Wedel players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 10 points and 12 rebounds by forward Yannick Hildebrandt (197-97) did not help to save the game for RSV Eintracht. American Josh Smith (206-94, college: Clemson) added 9 points and 10 rebounds for the guests. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. SC Rist Wedel will play against Cuxhaven (#10) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. RSV Eintracht will play against Itzehoe (#11) to get more than just one victory in their record.
