Fifth ranked Phoenix Hagen (4-1) crushed at home 14th ranked Ehingen/Urspringschule (1-4) by 22 points 90-68, which is the biggest margin this round on Sunday night. Phoenix Hagen made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Phoenix Hagen outrebounded Ehingen/Urspringschule 43-30 including 31 on the defensive glass. They moved-up to second place, which they share with Crailsheim and Hamburg. Loser Ehingen/Urspringschule dropped to the thirteenth position with four games lost. Phoenix Hagen will face OrangeAcademy (#13) in Ulm in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Ehingen/Urspringschule will play at home against Karlsruhe PS and hope to win that game.
