Regular Season Round 7: Lich II - Crailsheim II 67-68

Very predictable result when sixth ranked Crailsheim II (3-3) edged on the road 12th ranked Lich II (1-5) 68-67 on Saturday. Crailsheim II forced 20 Lich II turnovers. Quite impressive performance for American forward Eric Ross (201-94, college: Shorter) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 20 rebounds. Slovenian forward Dalibor Cevriz (196-87) contributed with 21 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Dominik Turudic (202-94) answered with 8 points and 8 rebounds and Croatian Karlo Lebo (196-94, agency: PEPI SPORT) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists in the effort for Lich II. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Despite that victory Crailsheim II went down to ninth position (South-West) due to points difference. Lich II lost their fourth game in a row. They keep the twelfth place with five games lost. Crailsheim II will face higher ranked Speyer (#3) at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Lich II will play against the league's second-placed TV Langen (#2) having rather not much hope for a victory.
