Regular Season Round 5: BC Timisoara - Politehnica Iasi 109-73

Very expected game when bottom-ranked Politehnica Iasi (0-5) was smashed on the road by fourth ranked BC Timisoara (4-1) 109-73 on Saturday. The game without a history. BC Timisoara led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. BC Timisoara outrebounded Politehnica Iasi 41-20 including a 25-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 17 passes made by Politehnica Iasi's players. Cuban-American center Adrian Diaz (213-93, college: FIU) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds.
