The game with biggest difference of round 13 in NKL was host Jonava's (6-7) victory at home over 4th placed Taurages (7-6) 77-72 on Friday evening. They outrebounded Taurages 43-28 including a 18-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. American point guard John Brisco (180-93, college: Prairie View A&M, agency: Interperformances) fired 18 points, 6 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Point guard Lukas Grabauskas (192-95) chipped in 19 points and 6 rebounds. Point guard Aivaras Kvedaravicius (185-88) produced 22 points and 5 rebounds and forward Rytis Pipiras (201-95) added 13 points and 10 rebounds respectively for lost side. Jonava moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 3 other teams. Newly promoted Taurages dropped to the fifth position with six games lost. Jonava is again looking forward to face higher ranked Taurages (#5) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Taurages will have a break next round.
