Regular Season Round 10: FC Bayern II - Wuerzburg 91-62

Everything went according to plan when tenth ranked FC Bayern II (3-7) outplayed 12th ranked Wuerzburg (1-9) in Muenchen 91-62 on Saturday. FC Bayern II shot the lights out from three sinking 13 long-distance shots on high 52.0 percentage. Quite impressive performance for Karim Jallow (199-97) who helped to win the game recording 27 points and 7 rebounds. Austrian forward Marvin Ogunsipe (204-96) contributed with 21 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Bosnian Dejan Kovacevic (209-96, agency: Interperformances) replied with 22 points and 8 rebounds and American forward Garrett Jackson (201-91, college: St.Mary's, CA) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Wuerzburg. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. FC Bayern II moved-up to ninth place in South, which they share with Coburg. Wuerzburg lost eighth consecutive game. They dropped to the eleventh position with nine games lost. FC Bayern II will face higher ranked Giessen 46ers II (#5) on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Wuerzburg will play against Fraport Skyliners II (#6) and hope to win that game.
