Rather predictable result when eighth ranked Taurages (11-13) defeated at home 12th ranked Palanga (6-18) 86-79. Taurages made 23-of-27 charity shots (85.2 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 Palanga turnovers and outrebounded them 37-22 including a 16-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for forward Rytis Pipiras (201-95) who led his team to a victory with 28 points and 9 rebounds.
