The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of top-ranked Gmunden Swans (12-2) in Traiskirchen on Thursday night. Visitors were defeated by third ranked Arkadia Lions (10-4) 95-82. It ended at the same time the 12-game winning streak of Gmunden Swans. It may be a crucial game in the contest for the top position in the league. Gmunden Swans at the other side still keep top position with two games lost. Arkadia Lions is looking forward to face bottom-ranked UBSC Graz (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Gmunden Swans will play against the league's second-placed Kapfenberg Bulls (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
