Sixth-ranked Ibbenbueren (11-8) gave a tough game to first ranked Grevenbroich (18-1). The visitors from Grevenbroich managed to secure only two-point victory 82-80. However their fans expected much easier game. It ended at the same time the nine-game winning streak of Ibbenbueren. Ibbenbueren's coach Christian Beuing rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Grevenbroich have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. They maintain first place in West with 18-1 record. Ibbenbueren at the other side keeps the sixth position with eight games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
