Regular Season Round 22: Cherkasy - Budivelnyk 78-77

The most exciting game of round 22 in the Superleague took place in Cherkasy. This derby game ended with only one-point defeat on the road of their biggest opponent Budivelnyk (15-7) to third ranked Cherkasy (14-8) 78-77 on Friday evening. Cherkasy have a solid three-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 14-8 record having six points less than leader Dnipro. Defending champion Budivelnyk keeps the second place with seven games lost. Cherkasy are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Zaporizhye (#8) in Zaporozhye in the next round where they are favorite. Budivelnyk will play at home against Mykolaiv (#5) and is hoping to win this game.
