No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked White Wings (11-12) beat on the road 15th ranked Baunach (5-18) 87-82 on Saturday. White Wings made 16-of-16 free shots (100 percent !!!) during the game. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. American point guard Chase Adams (177-88, college: Pittsburgh) orchestrated the victory by scoring 27 points, 7 assists and 4 steals. His fellow American import guard Luquon Choice (190-93, college: Lincoln Memorial) contributed with 19 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. Australian guard William McDowell-White (195-98, college: Fresno St.) answered with 15 points and 6 assists and American guard Chris Fowler (185-93, college: Cent.Michigan) added 8 points and 9 assists in the effort for Baunach. Four Baunach players scored in double figures. White Wings moved-up to eighth place, which they share with Kirchheim. Baunach lost their third game in a row. They keep the fifteenth position with 18 games lost. White Wings will face Uni Baskets (#12) in Paderborn in the next round. Baunach will play at home against Nuernberg and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
