The game with biggest result difference took place in Odessa. Local Bipa Basket (9-14) beat 7th ranked Politekhnik (6-18) 76-67 on Sunday night. Worth to mention a quality performance of American swingman Tanksley Efianayi (198-94, college: Cent.Florida, agency: AproK Sports Group) who helped to win the game recording 9 points and 13 rebounds and Latvian center Lauris Blaus (208-90) who added 13 points and 6 rebounds during the contest. Bipa Basket's coach Oleg Yushkin used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Serbian point guard Vuk Jovanovic (183-95) with 16 points and power forward Anton Rochnyak (205-91) scored 12 points and 7 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Bipa Basket moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Mykolaiv. Politekhnik lost third consecutive game. They keep the seventh position with 18 games lost. Bipa Basket will meet bottom-ranked Zaporizhye (#8) in the next round. Politekhnik will play against the league's second-placed Budivelnyk and hope to secure a win.
