Rather expected game when 13th ranked Ebstorf (1-20) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked ALBA-2 (6-14) 84-68 on Saturday. ALBA-2 dominated down low during the game scoring 62 of its points in the paint compared to Ebstorf's 28. ALBA-2 forced 24 Ebstorf turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Abdulah Kameric (190-0) who scored 20 points and 5 rebounds. Forward Lorenz Brenneke (205-0) chipped in 22 points and 5 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Four ALBA-2 players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Canadian guard Justin Dennis (185-87, college: CSU Bakersfield) who recorded 21 points and 4 assists and power forward Andreas Willing (196-81) added 8 points respectively.
