Taurages punched their quarterfinal tickets as they upset Ezerunas on the road. Taurages outrebounded Ezerunas 44-26 including a 17-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. 24 personal fouls committed by Ezerunas helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The best player for the winners was forward Paulius Morkeliunas (202-85, college: LIU Brooklyn, agency: Octagon Europe) who scored 20 points and 8 rebounds. Point guard Tadas Sebeziovas (185-85) chipped in 20 points and 6 rebounds.
