Finals Game 3: Lietkabelis - Neptunas 69-71

Neptunas snatched a narrow road win over Lietkabelis to stay alive in the fight for the Bronze medals. Lietkabelis was ahead by 1 point at the halftime before a 38-35 second half run of Neptunas. It was an exceptional evening for international forward Edgaras Zelionis (207-89, agency: Octagon Europe) who led the winners and scored 12 points and 9 rebounds. American guard Brandon Fields (193-88, college: Nevada) accounted for 11 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Four Neptunas players scored in double figures. Forward Donatas Tarolis (202-94, agency: Interperformances) came up with a double-double by scoring 26 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and the former international Simas Jasaitis (202-82) added 14 points and 10 rebounds respectively for Lietkabelis in the defeat. Lietkabelis' coach Ramunas Butautas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
