Very expected game in Kastrup where 10th ranked Amager (1-9) was crushed by fifth ranked Bakken (7-3) 105-76 on Saturday. Bakken dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Amager's 44. Bakken forced 20 Amager turnovers and outrebounded them 46-31 including 34 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 13 passes made by Amager's players. The best player for the winners was Sudanese-Australian forward Deng Adel (201-1997, college: Louisville, agency: Verus Management) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds. The former international point guard Noah Sorensen (194-2003) chipped in 11 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists. Forward Magnus Bjornaa (195-1996, college: Potomac St.) produced 20 points and 7 rebounds and American guard Jordan Johnson (198-1998, college: Concordia, WI) added 16 points respectively for the hosts. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Defending champion moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Herlev. Amager lost ninth consecutive game. They keep the tenth position with nine games lost. Bakken's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Aarhus .
