At the losing side Jacob Knauf (210-1997) responded with 26 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists and American swingman Devonte McCall (198-1998, college: Post) scored 20 points. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Leverkusen have a solid series of three victories in a row. They moved-up to sixteenth place, which they share with Duesseldorf. Schwenningen lost third consecutive game. They stay at the bottom position with 15 games lost. Leverkusen will meet higher ranked Eisbaeren Bremerhaven (#13) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory.
