Very significant was Falcon's (#1, 14-1) victory against their biggest opponent Herlev (9-6) 89-68. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Herlev. Falcon forced 19 Herlev turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of point guard Nikoline Sandback (170-2001) who helped to win the game recording 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and international guard Elisabeth Brynaa (176-1993) who added 11 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists during the contest. Four Falcon players scored in double figures. At the losing side forward Karoline Lundin (179-2004) responded with 16 points and the former international forward Ellen Iversen (180-1997) scored 9 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Falcon (14-1) have an impressive five-game winning streak. Defending champion maintains first position. Herlev at the other side keeps the second place with six games lost. Falcon's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Copenhagen SISU.
