The game between Top Four teams took place in Horsens. 4th ranked host Horsens IC (16-7) lost to first ranked Randers (20-4) 99-89. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Horsens IC. Randers looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American guard Josh Fortune (196-1994, college: Colorado) who helped to win the game recording 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the other American import forward Brandon Norfleet (196-1993, college: IUP, agency: Inception Sports) who added 16 points, 5 rebounds and 9 assists during the contest. Fortune is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. At the losing side South Sudanese center Koch Bar (211-1996, college: Bradley) responded with a double-double by scoring 15 points and 12 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field) and American point guard Chris Lykes (170-1998, college: Arkansas) scored 23 points. Five Randers and four Horsens IC players scored in double figures. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Randers maintains first position with 20-4 record. Horsens IC at the other side keeps the fourth place with seven games lost. Randers are looking forward to face Herlev (#6) at home in the next round where they are favorite. Horsens IC will play against Naestved and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
