Rather expected game in Ankara where 11th ranked Fenerbahce 2 (9-15) was defeated by ninth ranked OGM Orman (11-14) 90-82 on Saturday. OGM Orman made 18-of-21 free shots (85.7 percent) during the game. Strangely Fenerbahce 2 outrebounded OGM Orman 35-23 including a 16-2 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of swingman Burak Erol (197-1988) who helped to win the game recording 30 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and forward Hazer Avci (206-1987) who added 12 points and 8 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was forward Berkay Bayar (196-1999) with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 12 rebounds and American swingman DShawn Schwartz (201-1999, college: GMU) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. OGM Orman have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain ninth position with 11-14 record. Newly promoted Fenerbahce 2 dropped to the thirteenth place with 15 games lost.
