Finals Game 3: Falcon - Herlev 61-49

Falcon celebrated Dameligaen title. They knocked down Herlev for the third straight victory in the championship series to complete the sweep. The game was mostly controlled by Falcon. Herlev managed to win third quarter 15-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Strangely Herlev outrebounded Falcon 46-0 including a 19- advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for international guard Elisabeth Brynaa (176-1993) who led her team to a victory with 27 points and 7 rebounds. Guard Kristin Jonsdottir (173-1997) contributed with 7 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. The former international forward Ellen Iversen (180-1997) answered with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 12 rebounds and international forward Emilie Gudmand (177-2001) added 12 points in the effort for Herlev. Herlev's coach Miguel Ventosa rotated twelve players in this game, but that didn't help.
