Bakken Bears celebrated the 21st Ligaen title in team's history. They overcame Naestved to complete the sweep of the championship series and earned the seventh straight Ligaen trophy. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Bakken dominated on the defensive end, holding Naestved to just 6 points in third quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 48 of its points in the paint compared to Naestved's 28 and made 18-of-22 free shots (81.8 percent) during the game. International forward Darko Jukic (199-1990) fired 15 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. American forward Ryan Evans (202-1990, college: Wisconsin) chipped in 16 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Four Bakken players scored in double figures. American guard Ian DuBose (193-1999, college: Wake Forest) produced 21 points and 6 rebounds and his fellow American import guard Rodney Chatman (189-1998, college: Vanderbilt) added 17 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
