Everything went according to plan in Ankara where tenth ranked Kayseri (4-3) beat 14th ranked Cankaya (1-6) 95-91 on Sunday. Kayseri made 21-of-25 free shots (84.0 percent) during the game. Kayseri outrebounded Cankaya 40-22 including a 27-14 advantage in defensive rebounds. Lithuanian power forward Gintare Petronyte (195-1989) fired a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds for the winners. Romanian forward Claudia Cuic (182-1989) chipped in 25 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals. Four Kayseri players scored in double figures.
