Not a big story in a game when 7th rankedHalle (2-3) was defeated at home by leader ALBA Berlin (5-0) 65-57 on Sunday. ALBA Berlin forced 21 Halle turnovers and had a 14-3 advantage in offensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was American point guard Deeshyra Thomas (170-1995, college: Weber St.) who scored 15 points and 5 rebounds. The former international forward Stefanie Grigoleit (186-1989) chipped in 12 points. ALBA Berlin's coach Cristo Cabrera used an eleven-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest.
