There was no surprise when 11th ranked Prievidza (3-12) was defeated on the road by sixth ranked Komarno (8-7) 95-77. Bahamas forward Jaraun Burrows (203-85, college: IPFW, agent: Chris Warren) fired 28 points, 9 rebounds and 6 assists for the winners. American forward C.J. Jackson (206-87, college: Hawaii-Pacific, agent: Chris Warren) helped with double-double 22 points and 16 rebounds. Komarno's coach Juraj Suja used 11-player rotation giving the chance to rest for starting five. American swingman Roy Booker (191-84, college: SE Missouri St.) produced 28 points and 5 rebounds and former international forward Igor Majoros (200-80, college: SW Baptist, agent: Martin Galajda) added 16 points for lost side. Komarno maintain sixth position. Prievidza dropped to the eleventh place with twelve games lost. Komarno will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Prievidza will play at home against Nova Ves (#3) hoping to prove their fans that this time they can win.
