The game in Melbourne supposed to be quite interesting. Second ranked Perth Wildcats (11-5) played at the court of 7th ranked Melbourne Tigers (5-10). Perth Wildcats smashed Melbourne Tigers 91-66. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Melbourne Tigers. Perth Wildcats forced 31 Melbourne Tigers turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. International guard Damian Martin (188-84, college: Loyola Marymount) notched a double-double by scoring 21 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and the former international forward Shawn Redhage (203-81, college: Arizona St., agency: Warren Sports International) supported him with 17 points.
